I just wanted to comment on your excellent customer service and product.  This was my first purchase, and I didn't want to give my card over the web, both of you let me do it over the phone, and you are both so friendly and helpful.  I spoke to you both at different times, when I called back with my order, W.C recommended the top scent in the mixey melts...Diva. And it is so great.  All I have to use is half of one.  I love my plug in, and will buy more.  I usually order from another company, called Scentsy, but I will be back and order from you forsure.  Thanks for your great help & "smiles over the phone" I sure could feel it.  Thank you , Thank you!! Hi, I have really liked the Glamorous Wash High Maintenance. But this last shipment smells very different. (And too bad, as I had 3 friends that wanted to smell like I did everyday and so I had bought for them as well. Each one commented that it didn't smell like I usually did) I'm assuming that it's the Patchouli difference since the "natural patchouli" is depleted. If this is NOT the case and your High Maintenance will still smell like it used to, please let me know and I'd love to order that again! If this is the way High Maintenance will continue to be, I was hoping you could give me another option that would still be a little more to the natural aroma that I like, but not as colorful/fruity/sweet as some of the fragrances seem to be described on your web page. I'm more of an old Natural/Musky/Hippy kinda girl. Can you suggest anything else that may work for me? It's difficult since I can't drive into Pflugerville and smell it for myself! I now live in Iowa. Any options that you could send my way would be greatly appreciated as I sure do need to place an order. Thanks a lot! Wendy Jo

Hi!! just to let you know--I absolutely loved the sample of laundry wash, lotion and, hand wash that you included in my last order!! Thank you! The laundry wash is absolutely divine!! I first tried some delicates..loved the smell! Today, I used the rest of the sample, and, washed my sheets!! Can't wait to get in bed tonite..the High Maintenance is an absolute wonderful fragrance to me. i plan on sending in another order, but, it will probably be a week or two..I've already got my shopping cart full again!! Hello Barbara and WC, I just want to let you know that the Prague Market is my favorite place to buy gifts from!! I love the fragrance of the Tyler hand soap and lotion samples that you gave me. I did receive my order and want to thank you  --  it's so good to have Tyler fragrances back in our home. The new soap and lotion are great - soap is so creamy and is not drying my hands - the lotion is silky and smooth - great new product. Hey y’all! You asked for my opinion on the Tyler lotion and hand soap. Although I love the smells and the initial softness I’m afraid that it didn’t last long on me. It’s a bit too pricey for soap and lotion for my personal budget so I’m going to have to stick to the candles and reeds. :) I’ll be coming by soon for more of the Tyler melts though. My family in Alabama wants more of them. My sister, who lives in Alabama wants one of the electric warmers for the melts like I got from you. They are a bit too bulky to take on the plane so I think she will have you mail one to her. And she wants some of the reed refills. She will be calling you soon I’m sure. I am writing because one of my customers came in with the what I thought was the greatest smelling perfum and she declared it was her clothing based on usage of your laundry soap you had sent her a sample for all the candles she buys through your company, she gave me your internet page on the spot, you have an impressed customer it appears in this person and now a new potential based on the aroma of her clothing, she did not know which scent she had used and told me to contact you and to take a peek at your page for further exploration. I am all excited but wonder what the scents truly smell like with your laundry product? Can you share samples for me to determine which one if not all that I would like to purchase. I thought this was a wonderful concept and her clothing smelled great not over powering.
